The provision of such information, allows us to complete and then submit your application for finance through various associated financial institutions, who thereby assess your suitability and eligibility for obtaining the finance you require.

4. Disclosure of personal information ?

Your personal information may be disclosed to an appropriate bank, building society, finance company and/or other financial institution so that they may consider your application for finance, and so that Online Loans.com.au may also properly conduct its business. This information could also be disclosed to agents or contractors (such as for data or document processing), all of which is carried out on a strictly confidential basis.

The information you provide, may also be disclosed to our aggregator (currently The Australian Finance Group or AFG) in order to enable the aggregator to track and administer commissions payable to 'Online Loans' for conducting our business.

In most cases, before or at the time of utilising our service, we will obtain your consent to the purposes for which we intend to use and disclose your personal information.

If you do not provide your consent, we may not be able to assist you with the products or services you require.

When completing your application for finance via our Online 'Website' facility or in 'Print Form', you will be prompted to either 'tick' and/or 'sign' alongside a 'Privacy Statement' box at the bottom of the application.

This action will acknowledge your understanding of the 'Privacy Statement' and its contents (as provided). It will also serve as your consent for us to submit your application to our panel of lenders for their checking procedures and approval consideration.
